Great location, but cleanliness needs improvement
Our stay at The Graham Hotel was decent but fell short of expectations. The junior suite we booked served its purpose, providing plenty of space for a three-night stay. The bed was very comfortable, which was a plus. However, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The shower curtain had visible mold spots—something that should be an easy fix. Despite calling to have it replaced, no one came to address the issue, which was frustrating. The hotel’s location is excellent, especially with the added perk of a rooftop bar and proximity to everything Georgetown has to offer. Overall, it’s a solid three-star hotel, but we expected more in terms of attention to detail and cleanliness.

The room was beautiful, with coffee, little handcrafted chocolate truffle, water, spacious bathroom with great mirrors for putting on makeup, well lit, and with thoughful supplies of slippers and robes. I particularly loved the speakeasy downstairs. I did not get to check out the rooftop patio but I hope to return and do so one day. It is unique and idyllic. I will stay here again!

Lovely room although there were some issues with housekeeping. Manager was responsive and kind when we spoke on phone upon my return home. The terrace on top floor is very nice, with a great view of Georgetown. It was a bit loud in the room and halls on Saturday evening with a private party on the terrace (one floor above my room), but quieted down well before midnight.

I loved the property and its proximity to M St & Wisconsin Ave, the main streets in Georgetown. Their checkin is not until 4pm which hindered our ability to get to our function, but the property, room with a balcony, rooftop & speakeasy bars were great!

I did pay for a king suite with a terrace 10 days before arrival so that I can get some fresh air when needed. Upon arrival the there was no welcome or explanation of the services etc then I was handed a room key okay do not expect a red carpet. But when I enter the room I noticed that the room had no terrace at all. Then I went back to the reception asked for an explanation and maybe an apology none whatsoever the system has changed the room. I said as the room is of not what I paid for - can I get a discount / refund. You made everything with a third party - we know who that 3rd party is who was asking this review to be edited couple of times
