The check in process was very seamless. I was able to check in partially online so less time was spent at the front desk. The staff at the lodge were very helpful, welcoming and kind. The location is superb. Right in the middle of the village. The room was tidy with necessities. We had the deluxe room with 2 queen beds and it was very specious. I really like that I was able to text the front desk if we have any questions or need anything. I understand this is more for locals since it requires a network connection. Would be nice if it was WhatsApp instead for foreign travellers. I will definitely come back and recommend to others.

Good option for family

Property shows how it is on the site, with mini kitchen and all cooking essentials you would need. 10 am check out is earlier then most hotels but can ask for bit later time.

Staff are always friendly. Quieter location than other got owls on whistler
