Well lit property, we felt very safe getting to the hotel after dark. Check in was a quick and easy process, very friendly and helpful staff!

We loved the water slides for our kids! And we finally were able to play in a pool that wasn’t frigid!

Fun trip to visit our grandsons - who spent 3 nights with us! They loved the pool (which is small, but perfect for them). I loved the hot tub. Room was comfy. We enjoyed the fitness room each day and the breakfast had lots of selection and was good. Everyone was friendly, nice, helpful and kind.

Highly recommend the Holiday Inn downtown Missoula. Location, friendliness of staff, comfort and overall experience 5-star.

Much different than hotels. Check-in and checkout were virtual which we had never experienced before. The staff at the cafe were very helpful and friendly. Once we figured out the whole vitual deal it was very pleasant and we very much enjoyed our stay. Very clean, too!

Great value, hallways were a little dated but the rooms were solid. Friendly staff. Breakfast was great, with delicious warm biscuits and gravy and a good selection of other things.
