Would have expected a directory of services booklet in the room. Didn't know what TV channels there was and if we could take room towels to the pool? Also no instructions for the phone, didn't know if we could ring reception? Otherwise room was good. Pool was great. The only downside is that park was a distance from the room.

The winery & motel buildings are attractive & the gardens around including the lake & wedding area have lots of character. Our room was clean & comfortable, but is a bit run down. Noisy late night revellers kept us awake one night, but staff came & sorted it out.

It's convenient and friendly. Sometimes other guests can be fairly rowdy and don't seem to be asked to be reasonable in living areas.

We celebrated our 34th Wedding Anniversary at St Francis Winery. The Staff were lovely and our room clean. The Pool was great. Thank you. We will come back for a 3rd time.

Room is clean but the water in the shower is terrible. The pressures is bad and the temperature is just as bad, hot is just hot, mix it with cold is just cold water is coming out from the shower head. Can't mix it together.

The grounds are pretty and the venue is conveniently located. The room was big and spacious however it had a smell about it the second you walked in. Cleaning questionable. Old and rundown, spa bath the size of a jellybean, definitely not for more than one person. Restaurant had no vegetarian options. Definitely not the worst but unfortunately wouldn't call it more than average and we definitely will not return.

It is a beautiful old building in desperate need of a revamp - eg the cabinet in our room was rotting at the base ! The staff obviously work hard to keep the rooms clean but are let down by the building’s condition.

Our family had a beautiful time at St. Francis. The kids particularly love the indoor heated pool and the ducks in the pond. It is a quiet place and also has great accessibility to shops. Will definitely stay again next time :)
