Property was clean and tidy, very good location for us, great to have secure inner city parking. The apartment would be perfect if it had a heatpump/aircon unit although there were various fan units available.

old and need improvement on cleanliness

Convenient location, peace & quiet environment. But no view at all. super hot & stuffy inside. we switched on 3 fans all together but still sweating. only 1 of 4 stoves is working, not recommend if u want to cook a meal. kitchen & living room are dirty and old. Floor & table are sticky. Power socket comes off which is dangerous. Have bed bugs in the bedroom. We got many bug bites since the first night until check out. Water pressure is nice in the bathroom but the shower is leaking. Walk-in closest is big enough. Only 2 toilet rolls and 1 trash bag is provided for my long stay. not recommend this place with such high price. 100% not worthy.
