Worse place

This was rubbing experience in my life so far in hotel or accommodations. Not at all happy or satisfied with the way it all started about key pickup to end, seriously suggesting not to go with this guys if you consider your stay as a main part of your holidays

Very poor experience

Our experience with this booking was very poor. This is a private apartment managed through MyHotel, which we found out later, is really a “one man band”. Along with other travellers, we waited in a small “locker room” in the CBD for hours, wondering if our accomodation was actually real, or a scam. We turned up at 3pm, the time advised by MyHotel, to pick up our keys, but not only were the keys not available, but MyHotel were not answering their phone. There were lots of people who had been waiting for many hours, some with young children, and many were very distresses not knowing iif they actually had accomodation. Some 2.5 hours after leaving messages on their Helpline to call me, MyHotel called me to call by the apartment to uplift my keys. It was a one/two star apartment in an incredibly unclean state. All flat surfaces were dirty, there were no towels, and the bed linen had not been changed, evidenced by hair in the bedsheets. I messaged this to social media and MyHotel management were angry that I did this and claimed they had no knowledge, but the cleaning staff and subsequent repondents to my social media posts advised this is a standard experience with MyHotel. Unfortunately I had a second night booked per MyHotel. The second premises were far superior, but I still waited around for over an hour to get my keys. I found out that a young couple had been double-booked with us, and were advised to find alternative accomodation.

Would not recommend this place to anyone

We didn't get to stay at this apartment because the key was not at the Smart Locker place as per MyHotel email instructions. When we phoned the phone number for the MyHotel people that managed the apartment we were told by the person that the key hadn't been returned by the cleaner and that they would get back to us when they located it. To cut a long story short we subsequently phoned three mores times and spoke to three different people. They all told us the same thing that they couldn't tell us where the key was or when they could get it for us. They were all going to contact their "Manager" and call us back. Not one of them phoned us. We found out from the fourth person we spoke to that they were a call centre in the Philippines. My sons had flown in that afternoon from Australia to attend the Bruno Mars concert with me. It made our night very stressful!! We were fortunate enough to find accommodation around the corner as the hotel had a cancellation .The staff at that hotel said we were the 8th group in the past 2 weeks that had gone to their hotel looking for accommodation because the key to apartment wasn't available at SmartLocker.. After i returned home i phoned MyHotel and spoke with a person in Auckland. They apologised and said i would get a refund. I told them their systems and communication obviously don't work if it has happened to so many people in the past few weeks. Two weeks on i still haven't received my refund!!!!

Close to city

Unfortunately it was not until after making a non cancellation booking that I was informed that I needed to go elsewhere to pick up the key between specified times. This was a kilometre from the site. Really inconvenient. I could have had someone meet me at the site if I wanted to pay an extra $45. This needs to be made clear on the booking site.in future. The apartment was noisy, no air conditioning. No vanity in bathroom and no where to put shampoo etc in shower. The bathroom was ensuite size for 2 bedrooms. The basin is partially blocked. Needs urgent attendance by a plumber. This is a known problem judging by presence of plunger on floor. The vertical blinds at ranch slider are broken which means people from flat opposite can see in. The beds would benefit from topper pads. Positives, we were able to open enough windows to keep cool at night. The bed linen was good quality

Si lo pueden evitar, háganlo

Pésimo su servicio de check in; más de dos horas de espera para recibir las llaves de la propiedad, no contestan el teléfono de 24 horas, poca o nula información y la poca información que obtienes no es verídica (solo les interesa quitarse el problema), fue necesario hacer varios viajes para finalmente obtener la llave!!
