Solid place for the price
Hotel was right across the street from our venue for the weekend. Parking was easy. Staff was wonderful; very friendly and helpful. Room itself was a little older. Wall AC worked fine but was a bit loud. All in all, would stay again.

The staff was 5 star! Friendly and helpful! The lobby needs the attention of a decorator and the pool needed vacuuming but our room was updated, clean and comfortable.

Older property but very well kept. Easy check-in. Friendly. Hall noise, but quiet besides that. Spacious room. Low charge for dogs. AC ran nonstop, but still comfortable enough. I liked that the property is gated. Felt safe.

The first problem was that the key would not open the back door of the building where our room was. When I asked for a new key, the person at the front desk told me it was not safe to park behind the building. I then found that a key was not necessary for the front door of the building because that door does not lock at all. Then, the door to our room would not lock upon closing. The door had to be pulled shut and the handle manipulated just right for it to click. Not a secure place at all.

I stay here at least once a year and it’s always been a great stay! I can’t remember her name but she’s been there for years! long silver haired lady with glasses! She’s the best in the biz!

Well maintained property. Great staff. Common areas could use a bit more upkeep and renovations, like carpets in the common areas etc. Fitness center need’s attention, there are equipment that’s broken which could cause injury if not repaired.

Men were outside drinking and urinating by the front entrance. Called front desk nothing was done. They said nothing can be done. Ac was sluggish during a hot day.

our room was very nice. our view was the back lot and a lot of foot traffic. but since it sits across from the train depot, should have considered that when booking. gates closed at night for security, key opens gate for late night entry. too bad early no juice for us non coffee drinkers. has useable computer in office/lobby. Comfortable bed and a clean room. coffee maker and mini fridge in room- very nice

The property has a good curbside appeal but daughter first thing saw a cockroach on the wall and then we went to the pool the bridge was padlocked so walked around to find roaches in the pool. People in parking lot trucks open drinking beer and listening to their music. Multiple people just standing by car not feeling family safe there at all. Homeless across street screaming at themselves. This was the back building not sure if the front building was any better. Never had an experience in Best Western like this. Was very disappointed

Visiting/partying with Family!
The front desk check in was smooth and without any obstacles. We were directed over to our room and had no problem finding it! The room was clean and nice and spacious! There was a small couch and loved that they had mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker! Coffee was very good! Check out was also a breeze! Had a great time and oh i forgot the parking gates close after 11 pm and you could only get in with your room key. That made my stay a bit less streesful!
