Nice hotel, clean and great breakfast

Very peaceful the only downfall about the property is there's no microwave in the rooms, especially for the fact that I go there for business because I'm working I don't want to once I get to my room. I don't wanna be going downstairs to warm up anything after a long day

Loved the hotel facilities, views, restaurant and room size. Requested shower chair and microwave were in the room before we checked in:-) We were also greeted with a bottle of wine and discount voucher for restaurant. Girlfriend's birthday felt acknowledged and special. The whole experience felt like a treat. Despite cold weather, the pools, hot tubs, and restaurant outdoor seating were all warmed nicely. Easy drive to all of Santa Cruz and Capitola beaches. Will be 1st choice for future Santa Cruz stays. Thanks to all the wonderful staff we met and behind the scenes- Cheers, Matthew

Very nice place to stay, will stay again!!!

This hotel is so beautiful and the customer service was excellent. The restaurant food was excellent! Our family really enjoyed ourselves. The rooms were so nice and clean, I just wish my view was not a parking lot. Other than that, this was a wonderful experience and I would recommend everyone I know to stay here.

Beautiful hotel. Room are clean and modern looking. Beds are also amazing!
