Almost a great trip
Our day was OK. But was missing was the little things there were no shower caps or any amenities just empty boxes tissues what we could’ve had. There were two bath towels, but only one bath cloth and hand towel. The little things were missing and that’s what we were looking forward to in our staycation away from the kids.

This is more of a three star than four star hotel. Air conditioner wouldn’t turn off for the whole stay. The couch had also seen much better days. Furniture generally wasn’t in great shape, and the hotel could use an update. Staff were nice and helpful with questions/requests.

Wonderful
Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Service was good. Receptionist were responsive, helpful and friendly. Great sound proof. My room had no microwave but had everything else. I stayed one night so I didn’t need one. Breakfast, your typical hotel free breakfast with a spacious dining area. Good parking. Safe area.

The hotel offers kind of a different experience given how it's structured as separate buildings. The room is also so spacious and satisfying. My only concern is the breakfast; you better take the breakfast somewhere else!

I liked the hotel, location, and staff. I was surprised at the size of the room. Couches and chairs in living room were stained and the mattress was slightly smaller than the box spring which showed wear. Nothing that would deter me from staying there for an overnight stay but did impact my use of the full hotel room. I would still suggest this hotel as a place to stay.

I was surprised that i didn't receive the extras I am usually given. No drink voucher upon arrival, and no water, fruit, or (mini) bottle of wine in the room either. I planned to stay new years eve, but have changed my stay to elsewhere.

The one bedroom suite had plenty of room. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Now for the bad—The room and tv needed updating and paint. Unfortunately the kitchen area was not clean. Dirty utensils and hardly any dishes to use. I put everything in the dishwasher before I used them. The craziest thing was we ran out of toilet paper one night (there was never an extra roll as typical). I called the front desk to get some and they said they had no access to toilet paper until housekeeping came back in the morning! I had to go to the store to buy some. I reported all this when we checked out and they wrote it down. I thought I might get a response, but nothing.

Very family friendly spot. Unfortunately during my last stay there was a very loud unhappy neighbor couple up late into the night, not sure the management tried to intervene. Otherwise just fine for a few nights.

I've been coming to this property for several years now, we come because it's one of the few places we can bring our dog. Each year something else is broken down, last year it was the jacuzzi and the fireplace, neither are repaired. This year apparently they no longer provide "hot" breakfast. Just some overcooked hardboiled eggs/cereal/pastry. And we literally had one fork and 2 plastic spoons in the room as far as utensils go. Sad to me since I pay quite a bit of cash for this hotel.
