We stayed here the night before an early morning flight at SJC. The property's pool and amenities are magnificent - like being in Hawaii (almost). We dined nearby in central San Jose at a wonderful restaurant in San Pedro square - very lively and great ambiance.

Stayed here for 2 weeks and Priscilla was so awesome! She was welcoming and made sure we were taken care of. Room was clean, easy parking, and location is central. Will def be coming back the next time we are in San Jose!

The property was extremely outdated with a "landlord special" remodel. The light fixtures flickered in several of the rooms (we rented 3, but stayed in 5 because our rooms were switched twice. Once for mold in the fridge, and once because my daughter gor shocked by a lamp with exposed wires). The front desk was no help at all. They refused to give me a contact name or phone number to report complaints/concerns. The supervisor "Pricilla" said she couldn't give refunds or make decisions without manager approval, but when i asked to speak to the manager, she claimed there was no one above her. Horrible stay. Horrible experience. Zero accountability by the hotel for their faulty wiring and moldy rooms. We will never stay here again.

Priscilla and staff were wonderful. This place is clean and solid for the price. Minutes away from downtown San Jose. Well worth the price. Hidden gem for sure.

The property itself was dated but clean and conveniently located. The hotel staff who checked us in were great. There were people hanging around in the parking lot when we arrived about 5 pm, making a lot of noise with loud music and yelling until about 8 pm or so.
