Loved this hotel. I like the decor. The staff were lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was an enjoyable stay. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the pool, which was a nice surprise. Having a bottle of wine to celebrate the birthday we were away for was a lovely addition, thank you very much. The location was fantastic. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. Only thing I would note is that the shower temperature fluctuated quite a lot during our showers so that’s something to be mindful of.

Very good location close to harbour town outlet mall and communication was very good lovely stay.

Newly renovated rooms. Staff were very attentive, friendly and accommodating.

The staff were friendly and professional. Facilities were modern, smelt amazing, beautifully decorated with music in the background. Highly recommend.

Lovely position so close to everything Beautiful view

Pools and other facilities in the hotel are good. There is transportation right outside the hotel. Walking distance to many places of interest.
