BE AWARE!; this hotel makes money from people who book it online!!!!! I booked it online based on photos available on Expedia. These photos were taken many years ago. The hotel is in terrible conditions and smells really bad. In our check in, the toilet had "remainders" and the sink and floor of the bathroom had toothpaste, at least, on eye sight. There were "suspicious" stains on the entry way flooring and the room's carpet had "missed" M&Ms here and there... I requested another room, which they denied as they did not have another room per front desk agent, as it was late and I had small kids with me, I asked for cleaning products and mop to clean up the entry way and bathroom, so my kids could use it safely. Believe it or not, they handed me over a bottle of a regular household cleaner, an Oxy Clean bathroom cleaner!!!!!! We passed one night there (I had booked 4 nights) and left the day after. We returned our keys (cards) and informed the front desk agent ( a white man, 60 , full gray hair) that we were leaving and we requested a refund. He said that as we booked with Expedia, only Expedia could refund us. I contacted Expedia for my refund, and the refund was denied according to them by hotel management. They also said we did not return the keys!!! They use bureaucracy and lies to make money from people who book online... If you want to enjoy your vacations without unpleasant surprises, avoid this hotel at all costs...
