Really appreciate great customer service . We had issues with co start noise coming from room above us . And the front desk staff were very accommodating and offered us to move to different room . We wanted to give some more time before we took decision reps k n move room . But at the end when the noise was not at all tolerable the front desk transferred us another room in same floor. Thus us great example of taking care of guests . Really appreciate the service . Unfortunately the new room also we started hearing banging sound for sometime but did not want to bother the staff again . And just waited it out for the constant banging sound to stop . It caused disturbed sleep , but can’t fault the service for that . Luckily the noise stopped after 10:15 pm or so . If not for this experience it would have been 10/10 rating .

Horrible front desk lady who was showing me tremendous attitude when I asked her why my rooms weeent cleaned. She said we have house keeping every other day.. to which I showed my surprise and told her that why wasn’t this told to us during check in or a sign in the bathroom or somewhere in the room! She said this is how it is to which I showed some frustration and then she started over the top reacting that I am working here on Thanksgiving and you should be thankful to me that I am working!!! Wait what!! She is not any social service to us for working on Thanksgiving and why did she have to make it personal!!! This was a pathetic experience. We had no coffee or glasses or anything toiletries as they did not even suffice for two days. Be careful or be aware of this policy of theirs

Georgie, Ruth, and Jane know the definition of hospitality. Every staff member that i encountered were hospitable and competent. The room was immaculately clean and the grounds were well kept. Its easy to tell when staff members love where they work, respect who they work for, and take pride in their work. I would definitely come back. If youre looking for extraordinary service - i recommend staying here over most of the boutique hotels in the county for sure. I am looking forward to my next staycation.

This is the most confusing hotel layout ever. No map given at check in or signs around the hotel. There were extra hidden fees as well---$20 a day for parking, $100 for a pet, and then a mystery $70 fee. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet--just a top sheet and then the mattress. Way over priced and annoying stay.

No mention of destination fee when parking fee was mentioned at check in. Parking fee additional and not mentioned in fees when booking. Was given keys to wrong room x 3 Parking lot a mess, not paved, dirt, rocks and rain. No lotion in dispenser upon check in when room should be clean and ready.

The shower was dirty. We left the room at 8am and came back 20 minutes later with all of the stuff emptied out, the cleaning man said that we were checked out, when check out was at 12PM and all of our stuff was still in the room. Then after check out, we got someone else’s bill in my email that stayed there a month ago, with all of their confidential information and credit card number.

Hotel staff was not friendly at all, just did what they had to. I had to pay $20 to park my car in the back 40 or pay $35 to have my car valet parked. when I opened my room door it reeked of pot smoke. I definitely won’t be staying here again.
