We were located by the entrance and elevator. Was a bit noisy and loud with people standing by elevator. Learn our lesson and stay further away from entrance

The room did not have curtains on some of the windows and the lights at night were intrusive as well as the sun rise. Also it was extremely loud- both of the rooms we had were like this. It was miserable for all of our family.

We love the retro vibe of the Dream Inn. It is a classic throwback tribute to the surfer days from the 70's. It is convenient for just about everything for tourists in Santa Cruz.

The staff were the stars of our stay. They were extremely kind and patient when my wife lost her box of medication. Very attentive to our needs. The room was immaculate (we always to a bed bug check on the first day) and everything was clean and spotless. The view was incredible, absolutely breath taking during sunrise/sunset with the shimmering water reflecting the colorful sky. Ended up extending our stay 2 nights.

We loved our mini vacation at the Dream Inn. We only live an hour and a half away, but wanted to spend some time swimming and hot tubbing and at the beach. The room was beautiful, the weather was great and the service staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

This property is amazing. The views of the ocean are like no other. They have a wonderful pool overlooking the beach, close to the boardwalk close to the lighthouse and the pier. Couldn’t ask for a better location The staff was super friendly. The room was beautiful. We will definitely be staying here again
