Poor cleanliness of mattress, bathroom, toilet and in common areas. Check in closes at 8pm and the desk will close regardless if you are delayed for any reason and notify them.

I have a large 4wd and the car couldn't fit my vehicle. The car park height restrictions should be mentioned when booking. I found out that my vehicle wouldn't fit after driving for 5 hours.

The property had very low water pressure and it was hard to have a good quick shower. The laundry resources in the bathroom were fabulous. The receptionist went above and beyond to assist us when we moved in. She was just wonderful.

This hotel's got it all: awesome location, spacious rooms, and killer facilities. Plus, there's a pub, grocery store, and some great places to eat right downstairs, so you're set without having to go far. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help out with a huge smile.
