The property is designed to have easy access to the expansive timber deck running the length of the property. The large sliding doors lead out on to the alfresco area complete with in-built BBQ and range-hood. Soak in the picturesque views while watching the kids play on the large lawn area. Specifically designed for the perfect family layout, Lakeview has two sleeping wings with 3 Queen bedrooms and 1x King room all boasting their own en-suite. Each bedroom also has the luxury of ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and sliding doors leading out to the timber deck. What a way to start the morning! The 5th bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed is serviced by a bathroom and separate WC.

Located just a 5 minute drive to Dunsborough and the infamous local coastline we are lucky to have, this property is in the ideal location for the whole family to experience the South West.

Please be aware, there is an unfenced water hazard at this property.

Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Please note: This property includes all linen and towels.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
