Four bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with built-in robes and snuggly bedding. Upstairs, wake up in the primary suite’s king-sized bed and recharge in the ensuite’s bathtub. Nearby, the second bedroom features a queen bed. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms provide restful comfort—one queen and one double—sharing a second full bathroom with a shower, spacious vanity, and separate toilet, ensuring convenience for a large group. Stay fresh with the in-home laundry, featuring a washer and dryer.
This retreat also features a monitored security system, a fireplace with firewood provided in winter, and free dual-access parking for cars, boats, or trailers. All cars, boats or other vehicles must be parked within the property boundaries at all times. Street parking is not permitted. There is a vacant block next door that is privately owned. Please do not park on this block.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise at all times of the day, especially after the hours of 10pm. Amplified music is not to be heard outside the property at any time of day.
City of Busselton regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
