Cups, glasses, cutlery and plates were not clean, had not been checked, had to clean literally everything before use, toilet smelt of body odour/stagnant water, overall smell of property was not great, even air freshener would have helped, did not smell 'clean'. Gas bottles were changed but not turned on so hot water did not work for at least a couple of hours(not fault of management but of mitre 10 who carry out bottle replacements) TV worked for about 30 mins, then no signal from antenna displayed on TV, no DVD player etc or WiFi so no entertainment. No information about area, restaurants, things to do on display, no contact number in chalet to contact management. A QR code on the fridge is not sufficient for all the info people might need, especially for older generations who might not even know what a QR code is. A simple information folder would be sufficient. Would not recommend this accommodation.
