Unfortunately were checked into uncleaned room from previous occupants, dirty linen/unmade beds, wet dirty towels, ants everywhere, water dripping from ceiling in one room. Check in from 3-4pm only. Checked in 4pm - called reception right away. Hotel fully booked so couldn’t move rooms, cleaners gone home but were called back promptly by very supportive manager to us, didn’t gain access to clean room until 7pm, had to entertain a small tired child in the meantime.
With appreciation hotel manager Eloise gave us dining voucher to neighboring property Pullman sea temple as coral apartments has no dining. She was very supportive and kept in contact with us. Also let us use kid friendly swimming pool at Pullman while we waited. Used voucher another night as was fine dining & we had no room to shower and change in from our journey.
Temple of Tastes restaurant was stunning, food was delightful & a true art form. Initial service was not. We felt very much like an inconvenience. We were sat at a high table by the bar away from rest of the diners. Closest table to us ordered food/drinks same time as us. Food was prompt for us both, their drinks were also but we had to remind them for ours when our food came. They had also come back earlier to check what we wanted but failed to bring them. Much better from then onwards tho thanks to George. Credit left over on voucher we were able to use for amazing hot buffet breakfast next day and were well looked after by A.M team.
