We had a amazing stay here, the view we had was outstanding to say the least. In a good area and near everything you could need for your stay. We will definitely come back and stay in the property again when we are back in Cairns again.

P&O Cruise Views, not Sea Views.
I booked the last few days of my holiday in a sea view apartment as a way to celebrate, prior to leaving for the UK. Sadly, shortly after check-in and admiring the beautiful views, a gigantic P&O cruise docked directly outside the hotel, resulting in my 'sea views' becoming a view of seemed like a block of flats; to top it off, it stank and was noisy if we went out on the balcony. If the fact that the hotel was fronted by the cruise terminal, and that the view from my apartment was very different to what had been advertised ans sold, I would not be making an issues or this, as I simply would have booked alsewhere. This tainted what should have been ending the holiday with a 'bang'. Very disappointed.

The property was situated in a fantastic location with great views. It was slightly off the main drag and thus a little quieter without being any real distance away. It was a well appointed apartment with all you could want, with comfortable beds

The property is uniquely located across the Hemingway brewery and Reef Casino and the View are better than those from the the other hotels on Esplanade i.e the Riley , Hilton etc. The apartment are spacious and the parking is very convenient, My pet peeve was about the internet which was intermittent or for a day or two non existent. Property has Gym which is well equipped for me given my bias towards rowing and swimming pool is big enough but do not expect a lap pool as you see in a hotel property. The noise from hemingway on weekends may filter through until 9:30 pm after which it felt silent. All in all a great appointed property with spacious rooms and great view; if they could fix internet and other issues such as TV antennae in living room not working properly , I would have been saying excellent rather than great.
