Great pet friendly rooms with walk out patio doors. Complimentary dog water bowls for use innthe rooms. Rooms are a bit on the small side. The fire alarm went off at 1030pm and we had to evacuate for an hour. The pool was also closed. The buffet breakfast is $12.99 per person. So it has its pros and cons for sure. But really nice staff

Both times we have stayed here there have been fires needing the hotel to be evacuated and fire dept to be called. The last time was around 11pm and the first time 3-4 rooms burned early in morning before checkout. Neither time was I offered any compensation and both times affected my stay quite a lot. I basically had to leave very early the first time and second time we had our sleep disrupted. The fires were 2-3 months apart. I would not stay here again.

It doesn't specify anywhere that the shuttle for the airport doesn't run after 11. They promote the shuttle as a service and I book the room for that reason but had to get an Uber. They should have reimbursed the charge but I was told that that wasn't possible. So overall very disappointed about this

You can do better.
I keep giving this place second chances but I think I’m done. It’s always something (broken blinds, no pool towels ever, only 3 sets of towels and cutlery in a room for 4 people, cold pool, pool closures, no bedding for the pull out (again for a booking of 4 people), no staff, dismissive and rude front desk staff, surprise bogus early check in fees (when the room is already ready), expensive breakfast for what you get, etc. Walls are very thin, pillows are lumpy. The location is good but overall the hotel appears to be poorly managed. Have stayed here 4 times in the past 3 years but I think this was the last time.

Very spacious and clean suite. Easy access to nearby shopping centre for groceries and dinning. Having access to kitchen sink, kitchen appliances and utensils made a huge difference for families travel with young kids. Will come back next time.

Room had everything you could possibly need for a short or longer stay. Good variety in their breakfast offer. I’d stay here again not problem. If I were to make one recommendation it would be to put grab bars in the shower for seniors. I found the floor a bit slippery since it was new.
