After checking in, we noticed a sign in the elevator that there would be no water in the hotel from 11 pm until 5 AM. We have an early flight, which means we will not be able to shower or flush the toilet before we leave. We were NOT informed about this at check in. I cannot imagine a greater inconvenience than this. We were also denied a refund or discount. We may as well have slept in the car.

At the peak check-in time there was only one person checking people in. We stood in line for 20-30 minutes waiting to check in. Because we booked through Orbitz our Hilton Honors was not recognized and as such, we were not allowed the normal Hilton amenities.

They are having water issues at the hotel the water in our room is so hot you could get scalded. No chance for a shower at this temp. We will see how it is in the morning but if this is not repaired we will be asking for a full refund
