- Air conditioner filter must have been dirty and smelled like urine. - Soap was not refilled upon check-in; housekeeping skipped my room even after I hang the sign for them to clean; had to call front desk to get it re-filled. - Facility clearly showing heavy wear and tear; one of the doors inside was painted halfway for some reason

I would have given them 5 stars, because honestly everything was pretty good. There was a booger stash on the side arm of the couch. Gross, but with it being a suite, I'm sure kids were on that pullout bed. I'm a mom, i get it. The breakfast wasn't what i expected. Pretty much just breads, cereal and bananas. We left and got breakfast elsewhere. If the breakfast doesn't matter to you, and I'm sure the boggers were just overlooked, I'd totally recommend this place. Everything else was top notch.

The people who work there are trying to keep up the property, but the building is 25 years old and it looks and feels very used. The location is good. Traffic is terrible as usual for the area. Handicap parking is not located near the main entrance. The included breakfast was okay, limited seating. I will not be staying here in the future.

The place is always clean and inviting. The cookies at the front desk is good. I love that they have everything you need in the room such as a microwave, fridge, freezer, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and to top it off free breakfast.

Not a great hotel to stay for any amount of time
Looks great from outside but very old on the inside. Carpets are very old and seem dirty. The room had a definite musty smell and dust mites. Breakfast service was meh and front desk was barely helpful. I would not recommend this place.
