Want to get away to relax or have some quality time with the family? This 3 bedroom, 2 bath canal home with heated pool that sleeps 6, will make you feel like you’re at home away from home. We would love to welcome you to our special place!

This is a great home that has everything you need, all at a great value! For safety there are camera's for the front door and to the back dock area only. No viewing access to pool, lanai or in home. Take advantage of this peaceful retreat located in the beautiful Yacht club area of Cape Coral. The quaint village-like atmosphere is famous for it's selection of restaurants, bars, and shopping, not to mention the home is walking or a bike ride distance or 5 min drive to the beautiful yacht club beach!

You will feel right at home in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa which boasts 1400 square feet and is a single floor plan, perfect for little ones or anybody who is uncomfortable with stairs. It includes a master suite where you can relax in a king bed while watching your favourite shows or movies on a large TV. Has a large walk in closet and newly renovated master bathroom with large walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, large closet, TV and sliding doors out to the pool area. Bedroom 3 has 2 double/full beds with a large closet and TV. Newly renovated guest bathroom with walkin shower.
The large living room is open and inviting and connects through to the dining room, kitchen and outdoor patio creating a very comfortable living area for the whole family. The kitchen has a full sized range, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. For your morning coffee you have a choice between a Keurig or 12 cup Coffee maker to enjoy.
This home comes complete with all dishes, glassware, all kitchen utensils and many small appliances necessary to prepare any meal, if you choose!

The living room is fully equipped with two comfortable leather couches, lots of open and sunny windows plus a large flat screen television with full cable channels. Has 3 large pocket patio doors that open to the pool area to enjoy an evening breeze. Stay connected with free WIFI (internet). The dining room has a beautiful solid wood table with seating for 8. From the brand new vinyl flooring throughout the home, newly renovated bathrooms, linens available in all the bedrooms and bathrooms and central air/heating, this house does not miss a step.

While the inside of the house is a treat by itself, the large, fully fenced, beautifully landscaped backyard and screened in pool area will make you want to spend your whole vacation here at Villa Palm. Escape from the sun under the lanai which has an Outdoor TV, patio lights, bar and fan for you to enjoy. Take a long walk or a fun bike ride, or just spend your days relaxing by the pool, drinking your favourite beverage and cooking mouth watering meals on the outdoor stainless steel barbecue.

Christmas on the water
We stayed with family for Christmas at this beautiful house with great views. The pool was nice with a little waterfall. They have everything you need - I brought cupcake pans & crock pot but they had both there! No stone left unturned with this house. Close to so much, and we took advantage of that!The beds were comfortable, bathrooms beautiful, open floor was perfect to talk while cooking. The lanai is big and sitting around the table playing games was so beautiful with the water right there.There were bikes to take rides. The owners were kind and ready to answer any questions. We will for sure be staying there again!

Second visit to Villa Palm Tree
This was our second time in three years to stay at the Villa Palm Tree. Kelly and Robert have made some beautiful renovations to their home. They always take care to make sure that you have everything you need. Kelly leaves a detailed list of all places in Cape Coral and Fort Meyers. We love going to the beach for a few hours and coming home to a private pool. Riding the bikes to the Boathouse for mimosas and breakfast was a favorite of ours. We rented a boat from the naughty hooker (Charles) and it was so much fun. He is a great guy. If you’re looking for a vacation in south Florida , then this home has everything. Ps. We usually go to Estero Beach, but this year they’re were having issues with red tides, so we drove to Bonita Beach. It is a beautiful beach.

Great location
We normally travel with a few essential items, which are usually not available at a rental . However, Kelly’s house had everything you could possible need during your stay. Well equipped kitchen, extra towels , pool towels, detergent , Christmas tree , bikes - you name it. The pool and deck is very nice and equipped with nice outdoor lighting . We truly enjoyed our stay. The bathrooms were newly renovated- overall a very nice and clean place . We highly recommend it.

Best.Vacation.Ever.
Our kids loved the swimming and fishing. From sunrise to after sunset our boys were outside fishing and playing in the pool. Our teen/preteen daughters too! We’ve stayed in condos on Sanibel for years but this year we wanted to try something different and the canal/pool was a winner. The home was well stocked and we were grateful to have many products for our use. The master bath remodel wasn’t completed when we arrived but the owner worked out a concession with us and we got by with one bathroom for the week. It will look amazing when it’s done. Overall it was an amazing vacation and we were happy with the beautiful home

Property owner is nice. Home is beautiful and spacious. I give five stars for everything but cleaning. A little too many dishes and no cabinet to store dry goods. We had to clean several things. Although I gave cleanliness a 4, I definitely recommend staying here. The cleaning is an easy simple fix that shouldn't over shadow the wonderfulness of the place. Owner provides a lot of amenities for renter use, which is awesome(not garage though). Owner was very nice and attentive. The lanai is warm and inviting. Plenty of room in the beautiful home to create wonderful memories. We even had a dolphin in the canal several nights. It was beautiful to listen to it chirp. Very nice location in reference to businesses and still being on the water. I love we could take our poodles with us!! We would stay there again!!

Family vacation
Our family had a wonderful time! This place has everything you could possibly think of and I appreciated how clean and inviting this home was. This is truly a home away from home. We stayed for an entire week. We were able to do bike rides, swim in the pool each day, and fish off the dock. We have a 7 month old and it was so nice to have a crib, stroller, and highchair available on site so that we didn’t have to waste the space packing our own. We chose to rent a pontoon for the week we were there and had a blast finding our own little places to explore. We look forward to coming back again next year!

Cozy getaway on the canal
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here a lot! It had plenty of space and the outdoor area was amazing! We swam every day and visited several local beaches and restaurants in the area. With the pier we were able to fish, and the owner even had extra poles for those that don't like to bring there own. This place has everything you can think of to need and made our trip a luxury. We were able to bring our dogs so they had a relaxing vacation as well. Lovely owners and kept in touch anytime we contacted prior to our stay. Would stay here again.

We had a relaxing time at this quiet Cape Coral house! Owners thought of all the details as the house was well-stocked with everything one would need. We had a little glitch with the pool heater not working, but it was fixed. Kelly was great to work with. We loved riding the bikes on the bike paths. This house was close to lots of shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes from FMB.

The entire process of booking and vacationing in this amazing home makes me want to never stay anywhere else but here. Exactly as advertised and you can not beat the price. From the thoughtful home owner who let me rant and ask a ton of questions to just how well stocked the home was to fit your every need. From kitchen appliances to towels to dog bowls. Second to none. I had actually had a freak accident and broke the crock pot lid by accident and was going to replace it myself and she took care of it and had a new one delivered for us the next day! You couldn’t ask for anyone more perfect than these owners. It really makes it all worth it and made the entire trip so easy to not have to worry about minor stuff. The fact that we were able to bring our chocoate lab Emma made this vacation the best! She loved every second of it. The home itself is just perfect it’s so homey and cozy. The pool and the lanai were absolutely gorgeous. We barely left the house besides to food shop it was so perfect. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much for your hospitality! I also hope and pray that everyone and their homes were able to stay safe and protected from hurricane ian!

My husband and I booked this house about 5 weeks prior to staying here, and were really excited for what all we were getting for the price of a single hotel room. No we weren’t beachfront which would have been ideal, but the value for this home was well worth it! Our kids (aged 16, 13, & 11) fished in the canal almost everyday (with equipment supplied by owners), we swam in the pool any time we wanted (rather than a condo having time limits) , had space to spread out and relax, and Kelly and Rob provided a ton of things there we didn’t have to bring. The kitchen definitely was well-stocked & not with bargain items. We did some excursions and visited Sanibel and Ft. Meyers almost every day (both a solid 30 minutes away), and it was always nice to come home to that pool to relax in! The rental felt like home quickly, was clean and the hosts were easily reached if anything came up. Thankful for Kelly and Rob for sharing their home!

The owners of this property were outstanding in communication. The was not a want for any appliances or cooking materials. You could move right in & live in this immaculate home!! My only wish would have been to stay longer!! The area of Cape Coral was well situated to see many things or just relax & enjoy the screened in pool!! I can’t say enough about the area. We loved the location of Kelly and Roberts place. The bikes were very convenient for a morning ride. The house had enough room for my family of 4 to spread out and everyone of us loved the pool right at our location. Great hosts with communication and ease of renting.

Very Disappointing Vacation!!!
When we arrived, we were very disappointed. The pictures on the internet are MUCH better than the actual condition of the home. Everything was very dated(it's a very old home) and it shows. The pool is much smaller than the actual pictures show. The master shower drain was stopped up the whole time(I had to wear flip flops just to shower) It was very disgusting. We ended up cutting our losses and left a day earlier (with no refund) Make sure you do plenty of research before you book!! Lesson Learned:(
