The place was busy but they were celebrating Christmas party so the customers came second. There were 2 roaches in my room. They gave me a refund and I left.

Let's be honest kids it's rated a two-star hotel and it's called motel 6. It used to be $6 to stay here in 1962, but you know what? The Carlsbad Motel 6 Beach motel is a great value. Walking distance to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. If you're looking for value and safety, it's a great place to stay. Also, it's pet friendly. We stayed here many times, and have had no issues.

The staff are so nice and super helpful! For the most part it is quiet except for the arguments I’ve heard in the beginning of our stay. Otherwise this place is awesome!
