We rented rock bottom, there were holes in the small setee sofa, and burn marks from cigarettes. Also, the toilet seat had been paid white and the paint was peeling off. The remote to the tv was also broken someone had dropped it and broke off the battery cover. Usually I do not have issues like this when staying, I think that the room needs some quality control before housing other guests.

Very unique property. Come see it but don’t stay! Our room had such a filthy dirty floor, we couldn’t walk one step without shoes (which we discovered after 5 minutes barefoot requiring re-shower.)The pillows were as old as the hotel and the shower head desperately needed replacing. The restaurants were also fun to look at, but exorbitantly expensive.

The Madonna Inn is a must see, even if you are just passing through! It is the epitome of quirkiness with with unique features everywhere you look! Each guest room has its own personal touch and theme. We stayed in the “Love Nest” which is decorated in mostly pink decor and a spiral staircase to a lookout tower with a great view of the resort. We had a delicious dinner at the Steakhouse on the property, and their signature pink champagne cake and German chocolate cake were to die for! Each slice was so big it filled the entire plate! We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub with an attached full service bar. The service was impeccable at check in and in the restaurant. There are some areas of the resort that could use some updating. The carpet and walls of the entrance to our hotel were a bit shabby, and the one window in our look out tower was broken and covered with plexiglass. But all in all, we had a wonderful experience!

Love our stays at Madonna Inn! Safe to walk around, see horses, go on a hike. Secret Garden is really beautiful and peaceful if you need to just chill. Swimming pool is amazing! Breakfast option is a plus! Recommend making reservations to avoid line. We all had a great time.

We stayed at the Madonna inn on our way down and back up from socal. It’s a very unique and fun property with an awesome pool (nice and warm!), great friendly customer service, and quirky charm (beats a best western!).
