It was clean and staff was friendly

This was our second time here. The staff is always great here! Especially the breakfast staff! Marie makes the best omelettes and waffles hands down! And Clarence is always very professional and courteous! We don’t live far so we will definitely be back!

This is a very nice and big hotel. We really enjoyed the hot breakfast buffet and also the complimentary cocktails in the lounge. Ms. Barbara and Dewayne (bartenders) were both efficient and friendly! The room service was good as well. The bed slept very cozy and shower nice and hot. Only complaint...not a fan of charging $12 per day to park. But, other than that, will be back!

Second time staying here, love the scenery of the lake. Rooms are clean and cozy with a modern layout and smart tv. Just wish the parking lot was arranged better.

Perfect spot for a stay when visiting hot springs. All the bath houses, bars and brunch spots are within walking distance from this hotel. Breakfast was delicious but we stayed for 2 nights and breakfast was the same on both days. The staff was super friendly and helpful. A great place to stay!
