The view of the falls was spectacular. Pay the extra for a high floor falls view. They have two chairs with a table in front of a large window for viewing the falls. Room was comfortable and hotel very clean. We stayed for two days and did request the room be serviced and it never was. Ran out of towels but we hung them up and reused, no big deal. Would go back to same hotel if visiting again.

Beautiful view from this hotel, so breathtaking!! Room was clean and cozy with a big jacuzzi tub which we enjoyed very much. Only thing dissatisfying is how they charge 60$ for the outdoor pool and 45$ per day for self parking. other than that area was nice and people were friendly. A lot of dinning options around. Would def recommend

Perfect hotel with Fallsview rooms. Staff were very nice. Most attractions were within walking distance but the hotel is in a nice quiet area. The Incline Railway is located right behind the hotel. It takes you down to the falls. I would definitely stay here again!

We made a reservation for one night here for my wife’s birthday, unfortunately it turned to our worst experience ever. The heat at the room was not working and both of us the day after we checked out got a really bad cold. This hotel is the worst at responding messages or answering your phone. I never go back here again!

Great property. The Morton’s restaurant though…terrible!!!! The girls at the front desk rude and big time attitudes!!! I can’t even believe that they are part of Marriott. I am so terribly disappointed. We waited till 8:30 pm to eat and then kept getting told there were no tables. Meanwhile, many other people were seated before us!!!! I’m outraged at the awful way we were treated. I do have to say when we were finally seated, Sebastian was amazing!
