Fabulous Stay!
It was an Amazing quiet stay but by Lyft only 20 to 30 mins from everything especially Hollywood. Also, ur like a block away from Westfield Mall, Target & J. C Penny where I bought a smaller suitcase. Breakfast, & Dinner is served on premises @ a small fee. The breakfast was tasty & it’s brought 2u. I really like the Lounge space, so if u don’t want to go out u can see in & chat & relax. Safe neighborhood! Also, for the blind all rooms have braille on doors. Staff was so helpful with directions to Hollywood & nearby cities like San Pedro, Long Beach, San Monica etc I recommend, & will stay here again.

Shower Door Doesn't Stay Closed; Not Dark
The curtains are not very effective at keeping the room dark. Full blackout curtains are needed. Also, the sliding shower door wouldn't stay closed; it would just slide back open on its own. However the front desk people were very nice and polite. The gym was one of the best hotel gyms I've seen.

I appreciated the help that my family received, we arrived very early for our reservation and we were able to get our room. I wish it would have been with no additional fees especially since it was the actual room that we reserved it wasn’t like we had to move due to our reserved room not being available when we arrived. Needless to say the stuff was helpful

The pull out sofa was a 3 piece that was different materials/firmness. It was not comfortable at all. The room door had a gap between door & floor - noise carried and woke us up a few times in the middle of the night. There were a couple of guys at the front desk that were friendly, however there was one woman - Gigi- that was beyond rude and impersonable. Marriot encouraged us to sign up for their membership and then Gigi said we couldn't adjust check out time because we were "just members", not Gold. We had to go down and ask for sheets for the sofa bed because there were none in the room and no one to bring them up to the room and once again Gigi was unfriendly and unaccommodating. The ONLY redeeming quality of our stay was the supervisor Jerome. He was so friendly and helpful and the best thing about this hotel. Based off the service from Gigi and the membership issue, I won't likely do another Marriott.
