Beautiful hotel with a heated pool service was amazing rooms for a very big we had an issue when we first checked in, which will resolve the 20 minutes

This is an older hotel that was once very elegant and it has retained much of that appeal and charm but it could use a really deep makeover. On the other hand it was a great big room, quiet with comfy couch and bed at a good price. We would definitely stay there again.

Valet parking person was not to be found two out of three mornings I went to get my car. Had to ask the front desk person to get my car… which one went out, got the keys out of the car and handed to me saying “I can’t drive it up”.

Great place if you want to be next to freeway for easy access. No views, horse race campus next to it. Room service low quality as they use plastic disposable containers and forks. $1000 3 night stay seems high for what we received

room was very small and simple but very clean and useable. service in the bar was wonderful in the evening but no host or staff could be found for breakfast service, so we went elsewhere. several other couples were also waiting and walked away.

It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.. to begin I try to do early check in they said room wasn’t ready but he charged my card and said I’d be called when it was.. I never received a call I had to drive back to the hotel and check they gave me a room that looks poorly cleaned.. the tub floor was gross it was gray with filth and crusty.. the restroom floor had rust.. the fire sprinklers in the room were thick with dust.. they charge you for EVERYTHING including parking over 36.00 that’s general parking not valet.. room Services has an added fee as well the water bottle in the room are 8.00 if you drink.. the hotel food is so over priced for the quality.. also the worst part of it all the pillow cases had blood or some gross stains… I will NEVER stay here nor recommend to my family or friends.. considering it’s a Hilton and the room rate was high they would Pay mor attention to detail and clean properly.. I will choose to spend my anniversary at a different hotel next year..
