This wonderful condo just got even better with a complete remodel! Everything is fresh and new including brand new appliances, and a gorgeous bathroom with a 5 foot walk-in shower! Even a new HVAC for a very refreshing and comfortable stay! Exquisite renovations include new tile throughout the condo, beautiful new cabinetry, and quartz counter tops. Community deck just a few steps away to relax and enjoy a cool beverage with the Sunset. Capri 122 sleeps 4. Queen size bed in the bedroom and a full sized airbed is also available(with linens provided) Perfect for a small family with younger children!. Friday to Friday rental. Seasonal Beach service (March 15 - October 31) is included with your rental. 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach! NO TENTS OR CANOPIES ALLOWED ON BEACH. Complimentary wifi included for streaming your favorite TV apps! Cable not provided.

Easy ON BEACH access
This old school property is small not crowded and just a hidden gem directly on the beach. There’s stairs to climb to/from beach but it’s not bad. The condo has been renovated with a few tweaks needing to be tended to but overall a perfect place for a couple. It might be ok for a couple with 1or 2 small children but I would say it’s too small for more than 2 adults. The bathroom is tiny with a small toilet & shower and really all you need when spending most of the time on the beach. The beach chair service is from 9-5 so if you enjoy staying til sunset you’d want to bring your own chairs. The office and maintenance crew are super friendly and Chad goes above and beyond to make sure you’re attended to. We will definitely be back!

Great vacation
The condo was just as advertised. Very clean. Great location with private beach and complimentary umbrella and beach chairs. Very quiet and prefect for small families. Would definitely recommend staying herei and will definitely be coming back!!!

Uncomfortable mattress and sofá
The condo location it’s good, the mattress and sofa was horrible! We couldn’t sleep. When two people lay down looks like the mattress have a hole on the middle and also you can seat at the sofa because its uncomfortable. No pans good enough to cook a egg . We only stayed 2days and left, we stayed before in another unit that was a lot better. We did not rest at all !

Price and location were excellent. Very clean establishment. My only recommendation would be to include ADA compliment stability bars for the shower, but I survived.

The proximity to the beach was by far the greatest positive to this unit. Walking a short distance to a private beach with beach service made our stay very pleasant.

The couch
Great little place on the Gulf Mexico, close to everything. The condo was very clean and well laid out.My only two complaints are a fold card table for a “dining room” table and the couch is horrible! Probably the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever sat on.
