It turned out to be an enjoyable stay
A little disappointed initially from inaccuracy of room and beach scenario listed. it sounded as though the beach was visible and right outside of room which is not the case. I do not like that I cannot lower the air conditioner below 69. In one of the reviews someone said the king size bed fell toward the middle. At that point I was going to scratch that room however, the owners replied stating the mattress had been replaced. NOT SO! Apparently the placed a foam cushion on top of the sagging mattress which made it hot to sleep on and the mattress with foam on top still sags toward the middle. The king size mattress does need to be replaced. I left with a back ache. other than that the condo is was well stocked and the facility had an activity for the kids everyday which was nice.

Awesome rental!
The condo was very nice. I loves that this unit had a washer and dryer and having 2 bed 2 bath was great for the kids. It had cable tv which was handy since it rained on our stay. But the unit is right outside the pool which was amazingly convenient for the kids since they didn’t mind a little rain. Beach access is just a short walk down the paved sidewalk which led to a ramp which was great for the beach wagon! Check in was a breeze staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay again!

Our stay in Unit111 during the pandemic
The four of us enjoyed our stay during the pandemic. We would suggest, when upgrades are done, the low toilets be replaced with the higher ones. As seniors our knees don’t flex like they used to. Other than that, everything was fine.

Great Condo - perfect for family
We really enjoyed our stay at the Islander #111. It was located right by the pool. Our grandson could go out the patio door and play at the pool without us having to be right there with him. We could just watch out the sliding door. Great location - could get to many of the places we enjoy in Destin in just a short drive!

Was everything we expected. Being so close to the pool was GREAT for the kids! The 8 yo forgot his blanket he's had for years and was in tears. We didn't realize until we were over 4 hours away. The front desk called and is shipping it to us. OUTSTANDING customer service!!
