Lovely stay at The Durley Dean Hotel. Excellent facilities, nice and quiet, a great breakfast and friendly staff

Plenty of parking/ staff were pleasant and polite Cleaning staff needs to pay attention to detail Bathroom cleaning was below par TOLIET NOT CLEANED PROPERY DUST/DIRT FALSE FINGER NAILS ON FLOOR IN BATHROOM THE CLEANING STAFF OBVIOUSLY DIDNT CLEAN BEHIND BATHROOM DOOR / LEDGES AROUND THE ROOM WER DUSTY cARPETS COUKD DO WITH A VACCUM

We stayed for girlie catch up and spa. The Spa treatments and facilities were amazing and staff lovely. The hotel is an ideal base for visiting Dorset but you do need a car. The hotel facilities are spotless and restaurant and food of a great quality. What sets this apart from other hotels is the staff. From front desk, to bar staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping this is customer service at it’s best. Will do anything to help if you ask, will advise on services and places to see and all with a smile. So friendly and interactive it made you feel so welcome. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel has a lovely ambience throughout. Our bedroom was gorgeous and breakfast was perfect. Location couldn't be better for exploring Lyme Regis and car parking took all the stress out of the break. Definitely recommend

Very friendly greeting at reception. We brought our dog and the hotel is truly pet friendly. Very clean and comfortable accommodation.
