A car alarm went off in the middle of the night. Reception were not interested as they dont control the car park, apparently. However they take all car registrations on arrival so they could have contacted the owner and resolved the issue. Not good customer service here. It was 12.15am and I'd been asleep for over an hour. The alarm went off for about 20 minutes, it could have been worse I guess. Breakfast crew provided great service. Nice to have complimentary fruit on reception. Great location, convenient car park. Would stay again.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. If staying on a Friday or Saturday night ask for a room at the back as there can be some annoying bass sounds from fairly local nightclubs.

Weekend break
Was a bit disappointed. We had wasted an hour trying to tune the tv in. Phoned reception and she talked us through what to do. Still didnt work. Spoke to receptionist and explained the problem, we said the batteries were flat in the remote. One of the staff went to our room to sort out the tv. We had gone out. The tv had been left on so at least we could watch it on our return. In the morning, switched it on, same problem, batteries needed changing as remote didnt work properly. My partner managed to sort it out. Breakfast was good. Well organised.

Really professional staff, and everyone was so friendly, a credit to the hotel. Quiet surroundings. Exceptionally clean. Lovely comfy bed. Right in the heart of Bournemouth and easy walk there and back. The breakfast was superb, so many options and delicious hot food. I’ve never seen such a range of food. Also the hot breakfast was available up until quite late for a hotel. Would definitely recommend.

The only things I didn't like about this hotel were the lack of hooks in the shower room for towels and clothes! Also toilets should have a low light setting for use at night. The light in the toilet floods the bedroom when you're trying to sleep!

Lovely adult family break in Bournemouth
We had a lovely stay . Reception were amazing ! As well as bar/drinks staff . Friendly and with a can do attitude . I’ve now forgotten most of the names but they were all lovely . We had a nice chat about Madeira with the supervisor. I think Carmel? The bar member of staff who originated from the north east of England was super helpful getting some ice cream for my mum . We also got a chance to speak Greek with Paul . Breakfast staff were very efficient , clearing up , replenishing etc. Comfortable , modern rooms. some of the woodwork needs revarnishing as looking a bit worn but sanitaryware all in good condition . Nice beds / bedding . Quite a bit of storage but I always take extra hangers with me as there are never enough in hotels for more than 1/2 nights . Very close to everything but parking set up was a but difficult as we had a wheelchair. Hotel was on a hill so difficult when returning from an evening out. We needed an extra push !
