Compare Boutique Hotels in Downtown Santa Barbara

The only "bad" thing I can think of is parking: the parking spots are very narrow, and you may not be able to fit into some of the parking spots if you have a bigger car. But there were enough spots to choose from. Everything else was very nice!

We didn’t have high expectations. Room is dated but courtyard is very cute, hot tub was welcome feature after a long day, staff very friendly and breakfast was good.

I was a bit nervous about this reservation bc I couldn’t reach anyone at the property. The day of checkin, I was able to reach someone on the telephone and get a question answered. The checkin, parking and key card are all on apps. I found this to be very convenient and time saving. I was checked in and had my room assignment and key access before I even arrived. I liked it. The location is amazing! Right off state street where all the bars and restaurants are. Was all walkable.

Wonderful hotel and very clean. The mini fridge made weird ghost noises which freaked out the kids at night… but overall it was such a nice Santa Barbara visit.

Place was great for a get away weekend everything was walking distance the staff was amazing extremely friendly always available great customer service and experience at this location would recommend

Nice hotel, but the area isn't the best. Busy roads and not what you'd expect from Santa Barbara. But, a nice hotel, great staff
