Excellent service would recommend to friends and family Mr Prakash is Manager provided excellent service and whole staff provided extraordinary service

All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel also had excellent facilities and good access to central Dubai.

The view

The hotel is beautiful and close to downtown Dubai. The staff are friendly. Shout out to Hamdi's front desk and Kamar the luggage man. The hostess at P2 restaurant's morning buffet was unpleasant. On my last day ( 4/21/25) I asked the hostess if I could buy a hot tea because I have a tour guide about to pick me up. She said yesterday you wondered the same thing and I gave you for free. I said I have never asked you to give me for free, I asked you to buy a hot tea to go. She humiliated me by saying that. I was willing to pay $6 for hot tea. Radisson management should train her attitude toward the guests and should let hotel guests buy coffee or tea in the morning. She should not look down on guests and think we wants something for free. She needs to lose her attitude.

Must say this is one of the best hotels I have ever visited , front office supervisor Suadi was a blessing .
