No Rock at Hardrock!
Decent hotel bathroom door so thin you can hear a person breathing little plate plastic piece! Called Hard Rock but no music so I asked for record player and they charge for that what a joke! Took my records back home ! Charge to be able to play music !

This is a Hotel that knows who they are and from the valet Parking to the front desk they believe their overhype of being better and that lacking service is acceptable based on the fact that you are staying in one of San Diego best hotels. Unfortunately the electricity went out forcing me out of the shower and doing the excercise of walking 17 floors with a fellow security guard. The waiting on the lobby with shop in your body was of little concern but if does demonstrate that this hotel it’s not prepared to accept emergencies.

This was my second time staying here and I absolutely love it. The staff is amazing and the rooms are nice. The location is right in Gaslamp so there is no need to drive anywhere. It is near good restaurants and bars. I will continue to stay here anytime I am visiting.
