The motel itself was great. The neighborhood it's located in was probably great years ago, but there are a lot of homeless people all over, even in the housing areas. It was not a problem, but you feel like you have to be on alert at all times. Our business was far away from all that. On a positive note the motel facilities were excellent. Pool, gym, and were largely unused by anybody, but we checked them out, and they were very clean and modern.

Staff checked with us regularly via text regarding our satisfaction. We didn’t particularly like location of our room — ground floor behind reception desk and snack shop — but we were too tired / lazy to ask for another room.
