It was pretty and it included breakfast!

My husband and I stayed at Del Lago after seeing a comedy show at the venue. The room was clean, comfy and had the best bed! The food we had at their restaurants was delicious too. The only thing we didn’t like was the long wait to get drinks at the bar. We absolutely want to come back.

Beautiful property and the staff were all extremely friendly and polite. Loved that dogs were allowed and so many staying there.

The hotel location was perfect, just a 6-8 min walk from the venue I went to. This is easily the nicest Hampton Inn I have stayed in. My room was a corner room on the second floor that had an outdoor area with table and chairs. It would have been a great place to hang out with friend if the temperatures were at least 30 deg warmer. The room was very large and modern. Also, this is the only Hampton I have stayed in that offered a free shuttle to and from the airport. It is also the first one to have a pool, sit down restaurant, and bar. Another unique feature was the room and restaurant areas had numerous plugs and usb ports to charge a device or laptop. I might return to Rochester just for the hotel experience.

The service was excellent the room was clean and perfect but I think they could add more Tv channels in the rooms but all in all I give it a 9 out of 10

This is such a quiet & cozy spa & hotel. I honestly wished I stayed longer than 1 night.
