I think the way parking is set up is an inconvenience, for example. If I just get to the room after parking and I want to rest for the rest of the day, if it’s over 10hrs my vehicle has been parked I have to pay $20 to leave. The only way to not have to pay for parking is find someone that you can overnight park at and hope your car don’t get broken into by the homeless people out trying to get through the night.

When I arrived late because of my flight being delayed I was dropped off by an Uber at 1:15 AM with my bag. I rang the outside doorbell to get in and no one responded. I knocked and tried calling the number on the valet stand but still got nothing. I was quite scared as a solo female standing outside in the middle of the night and no one around. Finally someone from the front desk saw me and came and let me in. He was very non chalant, said the buzzer was broken, didn’t offer to carry my bag up the steps and didn’t seem to care when I told him I was getting very panicked outside. It wasn't a very good way to start a trip that was very stressful to begin with to see my very ill father,

Perfect stop along the journey
We travel between Boston and Toronto often and need to stay over one night at the midway point. Many hotels are hit and miss but this one was perfect for our family. Historic charm, cleanliness, great service and friendly staff and all at a reasonable price. And its downtown - so a great opportunity to check out the beautiful city of Syracuse.
