It was comfortable staying here i just wish they was transparent about the hot tub being out of order - and one of the gym machines was not working- other than that and the various people hanging out in the parking lot / smoking- it was a good stay. I did noticed the water damage on the doors but the atmosphere smelt fresh and clean- since hotels are frugal with hot water - the hot water here was the BEST part! Although i dont believe i should be reimbursed for the hot tub and they gym since it was one of the main attractions of why i booked. I spoke with the lady at the front desk and she made light of the matter instead of offering a accommodation.

Top notch service and close proximity.
Comfort suites never disappoints me from clean room to friendly service comfort suites is and always be an excellent choice i have been going there for years and everytime it's great customer service and clean rooms it's also in a central location meaning it's close to shopping malls and resturants like sawgrass mills sams club in coral springs and chow time chinese buffet it's also close to hollywood international airport which makes this a great choice for convience.

I registered and paid for a specific room. The guest service rep booked me in a handicap room. The room smelled old' the floors was slippery and it was a horrible stay. I told the representative about this choice and she claimed that Expedia "(third party) automatic choose the rooms. Showed the guest rep my choice and selection from the expedia app and it didn't matter.

This property needs an upgrade. The floors were slippery from the humidity and had an overall musty smell. The toilet tank wouldn’t fill with water. We informed the front desk but it stopped working the following day. Not a great experience
