It was a convenient place for a pre cruise stay. Pool was nice and free shuttle to hotel was great. Not tons to eat around but we found a pub.

Conflicting information regarding airport shuttle
Room was fine, but I was given conflicting information about the airport shuttle. The inbound driver said that the shuttle the next morning would run every 15-20 minutes to the airport. At 10:10am at checkout I was told the next shuttle wouldn’t arrive until 11:00am, so I had to pay for an Uber. As my Uber arrived at 10:30am, the shuttle arrived too. Terrible organization and communication.

Helaas werd de kamer niet goed schoongemaakt. De rand van het toilet was erg vies en dat bleef zo alle drie de dagen. De tweede dag lag een gebruikte latex handschoen op de grond. De derde dag lag de helft van de prullenbak op de grond verspreid en waren de bedden niet opgemaakt. Het ontbijjt en het hotel zijn wel heel goed

A few issues, the pool was not clean and there were no pool towels, the AC didnt work in the gym, a maid tried to force her way into our locked room (physically hit the door against the door stop on the wall), and the grounds on around the hotel.was littered with trash. The shopping ctr beside the hotel is sketchy - dirty, filthy stores, drug addicts - rough area to have a hotel in. If we knew the area, we would'nt have booked. Also, the hotel policy to cancel is to charge for one nights' stay. Book in Dania Beach if you travel to Ft Lauderdale, 13 min away from this area, beautiful resort area.

Overcharged for my pet.
Everything was good but the reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is that they way overcharged for my pet. They charge $75 for a pet for a four night stay. Even though we stayed only one night they still charged $75. That’s not right!

Very nice. Convenient to the airport, friendly staff, HUGE ROOM. The bed was pretty comfortable and the pool was great! The bathroom fan was so loud it sounded like a plane taking flight in your room. Not a huge issue.

We were stuck in town when our flight was cancelled. Mery called us when our room was ready early. Jocelyn was especially nice and friendly. Room was nicely equipped. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. But mostly, great friendly staff!

I understand there was a storm but water came in my room. I called the desk to tell them and they said they would send someone to check; they sent no one, no one said anything nor did they acknowledge the water. I had to deal with it with no offer to move or anything. Disappointed. I would’ve been ok with even coming to check.
