The room was average but what was really bad was the stale cigarette smell. In the hallway and the room. Clothes stink.

The hallway smelled of urine. The room itself smelled moldy and mildewy. I couldn’t wait to leave. The people were fine but the facility was very unpleasant.

I left the property. I could not stay there. Upon entering the property the staff member at the desk was wearing a bullet proof vest. The property had no elevator and you have to use the stairs. The hallway smelled of dirty feet and Marijuana. The room was filthy. The bath towels had stains. The bathtub had pubic hair on the shower wall. Absolute terrible and disgusting. I stayed one hour and returned the key and left

We only needed a one night stay before the cruise so we didn’t have super high expectations but the rooms were horrible. TV had no sound. Mold mildew in the bathroom. Sheets and bedding smelled horrible. Luckily I brought cleaning supplies and disinfectant for the cruise. We were also supposed to pay on arrival but they charged my card at 10:00 am and I got a Fraud alert from my bank so…. Sketchy practices too.

They have the best staff always taking care of guests and answering a very busy phone all day. The hotel is very pet friendly and even the guests without pets here are quite accomodating.

O hotel fica muito próximo ao aeroporto, por isso optamos por ele. O chão do quarto estava sujo, não foi sequer varrido antes da nossa estadia, pq tinha salgadinhos espalhados no chão. Desligamos o ar condicionado e saímos por algumas horas. Ao voltarmos o quarto tinha um cheiro muito forte. Eu achei que era de urina de cão ou gato, já que o hotel aceita animais de estimação. Meu marido acha que era cheiro de urina de rato. O hotel é muito barulhento.

The room we were initially given smelled strongly of urine, we were laying on the bed and kept smelling it. Pulled off the sheet itself and the mattress cover underneath reeked of pee and was covered with stains. We were then put into a room with double beds (for my husband and I). Lots of drug users in the area. The one person (Michael) when I arrived was acting odd, going on about stuff and laughing to themselves every once in awhile. The girl at the front counter was even like “what are you going on about?”. No clue. The lady at the front desk and a couple other people (maybe staff?) were being loud and cussing, one girl mentioned wanting to beat up drunk people (I don’t know if she worked there for sure or not). All this was being talked about while I patiently waited for someone to answer me/change my room. I’m not sure if this is a corporate owned or independently owned location, but the experience was lacking to say the least.

Was really trying to find a place that was pet friendly as I always travel with my pups! Upon checking in I was met with a gentleman who was extremely hospitable and who actually read my notes where I suggested / asked for specific request! It was definitely a mix of people just traveling. Overall I’m a single woman traveling with my pups and did not feel unsafe at all. It was a busy hotel meaning people hanging out sometimes around or outside but it was great and did the job!! I will def be back and appreciate the great service!

It worked out for what we needed it for
Check in was little off. We wanted to check in early but there is a $40 fee to do so. They were over booked so they had to wait for rooms to become available. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, no small shower products offered except a small soap bar. You can hear everything but at least most of the night was quiet. Bed was ok but not enough pillows. We had to buy some from Walmart. AC worked great. Overall, it was a place to sleep and we weren't looking for anything fancy and the price was perfect. It's close to the highway and to the beach if you wanted to go (not walking distance, but close enough), close to the convention center and downtown Ft. Lauderdale.

The website pictures were nothing like the real rooms or exterior. The sheets were dirty,(asked for sheets 3 times till I finally got a clean one) the hallway smelled of cat urine and the room smelled of armpit and very strong air freshener. The microwave was not useable (filthy inside) the tv screen was cracked. Housekeeping would not give me any cleaners. If we weren’t so tired we would have stayed somewhere else. DO NOT STAY HERE FOR ANY REASON GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
