This hotel was very disappointing. Every room we tried had a strong smoke odor, and despite switching rooms three times, we couldn't find one that didn't smell. Since we couldn't cancel our reservation without being charged, we had no choice but to stay and bought air fresheners and candles to help cover the smell. Additionally, there were individuals in the lobby and around the hotel who seemed to be under the influence of drugs. The only positive aspect of this hotel is that they are pet-friendly and don't charge an additional fee for pets.

Pros: The staff were very nice, the room looked to have been updated. The location was central to the airport and highways. Cons: Be forewarned that the rooms do not have any shampoo, hairdryer, coffee maker, or mini fridge. There was a microwave, which was weird because most everything I would microwave I would need to put in a fridge. The entire second floor and stairwell reeked of marijuana, Minor problems in the room, like the remote not working and damaged shower curtain hinted at lack of attention. One of the staff was talking about calling the police for people squatting in the hotel while I was checking in, which did not give a great first impression. In the wee hours of the morning, I overheard things happening in the hallway that sounded like a prostitute and her pimp and encountered several people in hallways and in the parking lot who acted sketchy. I booked this place because I was on an extremely limited budget and needed flexibility. It was the closest thing in the price range I needed and I am not particularly picky. That said I will pay the extra for something else next time and wouldn’t want to bring kids here mostly because I didn’t feel very safe.
