One of the most beautiful place when staying by fort lauradale beach, if you got parking you got lucky, dont go back out again cause someone might take that spot, i wish they had system in place where they assign parking spot for entire stay with number printed on spots and on pass so its secured for entire stay or for that day, because even if you get parking pass from front desk and go out for bit, someone might takes that spot even if they dont have pass , i hope they giving out limited pass based on space they have available, but overall good”great” place, def recommend

The property was amazing, although I will say the ceiling was green in some spots and there was construction across the road. (Which isn’t their fault) over all it was lovely and close to the beach!

Mold on the ceiling, zero amenities...no ice, no coffee, no nothing. Room and bathroom generally dirty as well as the hotel itself.

Very disappointed in this property. As soon as we walked in the office and saw the condition it was in I wish we would have turned right around. Very old building that is not well maintained. Room had a very odd smell, our feet turned black after walking barefoot on the floor and tv was stuck on a connect to internet screen and the front desk didn’t know how to fix it. Lamps at the bedside did not work, no washcloths in the bathroom and water in the shower was scorching hot. Would not recommend this to anyone trying to relax after a nice day in beautiful Ft. Lauderdale.

It was a great location. One block off the beach. It looks like there was recent renovation. Bathroom remodel with a nice walk-in shower. Furniture looked newer. Ask for a second floor room.. noisy on the first floor.

If I could give this hotel a zero I would. When we arrived at 8 pm there was no one in the office. We called the ph. no. and the recording said the office closed at 7 pm, yet we were standing in the office. About 15 minutes later, a woman arrived to check us in. There was a mildew odor in the room. The room was very humid as no ac was on. Once we turned on the ac, the room cooled down within 20 minutes. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The next morning, I used the shower but the glass door would not fully close so I showered with it open. The glass door was heavy and I feared if I closed it all the way it would not reopen. There was a handheld shower head which was challenging because it wouldn’t stay upright in the cradle so had to use it with one hand. The best part of my stay was the ac and leaving this property.

It was very disappointing. Doesn’t look at all like the pictures. Smell horrible. Remote was not working and there was a very dirty chair in the room that makes the room look poor. Good location.
