DISCRIMINATION AND HOMELESS SHELTER
I did not stay their, the room and furniture looked like a homeless and drug shelter. I noticed that the hotel put all the people of color in Building B and the well dress white couples in building A. I went back to the front desk and requested a refund and at first the clerk said I had to go through the appt I reserved through and once I informed them that I was going to contact the police, the Fremont News Paper and call the apps while on site to inform them the low budget hotels that they are co partnering with, they decided to reimburse me the room rate plus the $100.00 deposit fee, but that wasn't told to you until you checked in. I will never use these apps ever again. Discrimination will be filed again this hotel and all that support them.

The hallways smelled like dirty pet urine, very disgusting and disappointed. We couldn't sleep the first night because of the awful smells and pet dogs barking at the next door guests rooms. We cancelled our reservation for the second night and got our refund back, would never recommend this hotel.

If all you are looking for is a clean room with a semi functioning tv & great AC- then this is for you! You get what you pay for. Pro- AC works like a champ! Con- if you stay for more than 1 day you have to exchange your dirty towels for clean ones at the front desk @ building A. No daily housekeeping Shampoo available upon request. No kitchen utensils/equipment already in the room. Not even shampoo & conditioner in the rooms

Worse hotel I ever stayed out no shampoo, one looked like used toilet paper. I had told them if they can do a first floor because from playing football have mess up back and knee. The front lady was sorry i only got 3rd floor only but it's by the elevator. Once i got my key i used the elevator the room was down the hall long walk with two lounge.

The property around this hotel was nice. Room was pretty Spartan. Cooking is allowed so the smell lingars. Yet we were able to get a uninterrupted night and slept well.

Disappointing.
This was a two night stop, upon arriving late the first night check-in was easy, but when we arrived to the room it was a King bed with a sleeper sofa, the sleeper sofa mattress was disgustingly dirty, no sheets or other extra linens were provided. We went down to the desk, it was past midnight and asked for additional linens and toilet paper because there was no toilet paper in the room either, and was told that no linens were available until the morning, very disappointing. Toilet was not flushing the whole time, completely broken and the kitchenette was a joke as well, even though it had the basics like a microwave, fridge, and sink the faucet in the kitchen was detached barely working and no basics like silverware was provided. If staying for more than a quick stop to sleep, would not recommend.

Pros and Cons
Pros: This was my second visit to this Newark location. I had a room that was the last available room. Oh no! But I stayed positive and stated, they save the best for last. They gave me a great room. Very clean. The staff was great. Asail in there maintenance department was very pleasant. Cons: Allowing guess to bring their pets without maintaining the hallway from there odor. There was dog hair on the floor. The odor was over whelming but it did not penetrate in to my room.

This property was very clean in a safe area parking was easily accessible. The bed was comfortable towels and linens were provided. The negative was a misrepresentation of breakfast being offered when I book hotels often if breakfast is included, it is a definite plus and I will choose those hotels over those that don’t provide breakfast, but in this case, I did choose this hotel because breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast included, what they had was something called grab and go breakfast . This included a packet of oatmeal which you added hot water to and coffee. There was no oatmeal and although coffee was available, there were no cups for you to put the coffee into, when I asked the front desk They told me they had run out of oatmeal packets and had a couple of granola bars if I wanted a granola bar. Coffee cups were provided with the cups used for the oatmeal. If I had known this was what meant I would not have chosen this hotel.
