Great location for attending an event at The Mass Mutual Center. The room was quiet.

Hotel was was very comfortable and clean! Nice breakfast. My only criticism would be to ask the management to re-think the parking charge. The two large, on-site parking lots were only about one-third full when I stayed, so having to pay $7 per night for parking seemed like a money grab.

My day was order free and very, very pleasant

They did a great job with quick snow removal. The morning breakfast is amazing, the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi signal strength is low.

Love staying here. Just wish they had an option to take the stairs instead of the elevator at times

Good stay, spacious room. Only difficulty was snow and ice outside but they cleared the sidewalk at the hotel well, just anywhere else was a challenge.
