The check-in staff BS too much. She told me she upgrades my room when I told her I am an Expedia VIP customer. But truthfully she didn't do a thing. I booked 2 Deluxe room and I got exactly what I booked. I don't mind or care, but what bothers me is that she acted like she is giving me a favor when she didn't do anything.

The hotel is very well located if you plan to visit Ho Chi Min on foot. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was the best I ever had in a hotel. The service is overall excellent. I will come back at my next visit.
