Oasis Hotel Waikiki, Overall a pleasant stay.
Oasis was great helpful staff nice size room with amenities. Light breakfast was adequate (toast would be a nice addition) on our next visit. Special thanks to Michael concierge his help with our bags was 1st class. Overall a nice location near lots of shops and the beach just a10min walk. Tony & Deb Newcastle Australia.

The picture shown for this hotel are very misleading. The breakfast is absolutely terrible compared to what is displayed in photos. The rooms seemed barely clean and We didn’t get any clean towels until we had to go ask the following day around 3 PM. Our door was right across from the service room and for two hours in the middle of the day the service crew was yelling back-and-forth with each other in the hallway so loudly that we were not able to rest. The pool is extremely small. We will not be staying here again, or recommend this place in the future.

Very good stay for three days at the right location for us all (6 persons). Very confortable and cleaned rooms. Good service from staff specially from Mike and Mark who accomoded us on our way back from the cruise. Thanks again for a memorable stay in Honolulu.

Staff was great but the breakfast was the worst one I’ve yet to encounter. It’s be better just not to lead people on and offer it. Also there was mold in the bathroom.

The power went out first night. No AC no hot water no electricity period. No one from the staff offered info on what was going on. The hotel staff named M. This young lady told guests to take up their concerns with Hawaii Electric company it is not the hotel’s fault. One guest told we made reservations with Oasis not the electric company. We asked for the General mgr to call and none of us ever received a call from the general mgr after no power for a day and a half. We still had to pay the resort fees for amenities we could not use. I would never recommend this place. Only one elevator. The breakfast included is stall beead canned juice and cereal. Not even jam for the stale croissants. No ice machine.. terrible

The breakfast they provided is not healthy, they only give cookies, coffee and water, juice tht all every day. We started and another hotel they served, better breakfast like eggs, fruit, coffee, milk, rice, meat, sausage, good breakfast for star morning.

Helpful, friendly staff. Towels and chairs are available to take to the beach which is a short walk away for able bodied people. But the location of our room was noisy and terrible! If we stayed there again, I would insist on a higher floor and on the opposite side Lewers Street.
