Its my first time in this hotel but im so contented because the room is cozy clean and fresh upon we check in..I like there setup inside the room and only catches my attention during sleep time they're blackout drapes its not that dark because lights from outside is can see inside our room and my daughter doesn't like light during sleep time.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The pool and hot tub was nice. When we went to the heated salt pool, the spa was there and we couldn’t use it. We did come back at another time when it was available and it was okay. It was weird that the ice machine was on the second floor outside of the building. I was grateful for the microwave and water fountain in the lobby because I used it every single day. The room had what I needed: bed, tv, ac, restroom, and safe, however, it was a little run down. I definitely got what I paid for but being in the heart of Waikiki and within walking distance to everything I honestly can’t complain.

This was the dirtiest, run down hotel I've ever stayed in. All of the rooms (we switched 3 times!) smelled like mold. The carpet and couches were disgusting. We ended up asking for extra blankets and sheets and I draped the couch with the sheet. Unless you have the room that has a tub, the bathroom is laughably small with a shower stall that's, not an exaggeration, maybe 3ft by 3ft. This hotel feels like it hasn't had a single update or modification since 1960 when it was probably built. For the price and location, I was expecting a much better experience. The only saving grace was the staff, which were all absolutely amazing.

I booked and stayed for 7 days. Overall, the the facility is in a good, convenient location except the service is not good as I used to have and expected from Courtyard. No one picks the phone when you call the reception. Room was not cleaned up by very other day as informing when checking in. My room was cleaned after 5 day staying. A reception staff named John had an attitude when I requested a room cleaning. He should not be there to represent for the hotel.
