The room was like something out of a scary movie. Smelled horrible. It was dingy. None of the windows would open. I checked in and checked out with in 10 minutes of being there. They refused to refund my 6 day stay. They basically stole my money and did not care. . Don’t stay at this hotel and don’t book through Expedia. Save ur money time and a bad experience.

Location of the hotel is centrally located in Waikiki. The room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. I loved that we could borrow beach chairs from the valet before leaving for the beach.
