The property was very quiet and clean. Maid servive was awesome. The front desk staff were the nicest girls. One of the girls gave us some very good recommendations on nearby restaurants. They did not disappoint. Very good food. Thank you. Definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is super convenient. A lot of good restaurants and shopping center are just around the hotel. Our room was big and staffs were really friendly. We had a good time there.

Good location, room was clean when we arrived. Housekeeping could use some work on cleaning but overall the essentials like more towels and toothpaste were provided when we asked the front desk. Would recommend!

This was our third time staying here with my kids and wife. This place is super convenient and kid friendly. The staff is super friendly and accommodating to our needs. The location is the resort is one of the main reasons we stay here as well as the cleanliness lf the property. Will be here a fourth time and many more in the future.

Third time staying here in as many years. Great location near the international marketplace, as well as lots of good dining options (check out Zigu a block away for great sushi and drinks). Also just a couple blocks away from prime beach real estate and more shopping choices. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Lea with housekeeping, who went out of her way to learn our names and greet us every time we saw her, as well as Lance at the front desk. Looking forward to our next visit.

This was my first time in Hawaii. I truly enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Centric. It made navigating through the city on foot accessible. If I stay in Waikiki again, I would recommend staying here again!
